Set availability and manage tours
Offer realistic windows, respond to requests, and keep each visit’s status accurate.
Set tour availability
- Open Tour Calendar.From Dashboard, open the tours section and tap Open tour calendar.
- Tap Adjust availability.This opens Tour Availability.
- Choose a tour duration.Select 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
- Enable each available day.For every enabled day, choose a valid start and end time.
- Save and return to the calendar.New renter requests use the current available windows.
Renters can request open times that fit the schedule you saved.
Respond to a tour
- Open a tour from Dashboard or Tour Calendar.Proposed and reschedule-requested tours are counted as items needing a response.
- Review the listing, date, time, and status.Confirm the visit is still practical before changing it.
- Use the available action.Depending on status, you can confirm, request a reschedule, cancel, mark completed, or mark no-show.
- Add the confirmed visit to a calendar.Use Add to Calendar for the iPhone calendar or Add to Google Calendar when shown.
Use the correct status
Proposed
A renter requested a time and needs your response.
Confirmed
The visit is agreed and can be added to your calendar.
Reschedule requested
A new time is proposed. Add a short factual reason and wait for the workflow to update.
Completed
The visit occurred. Mark it completed after the appointment.
No-show
The scheduled participant did not attend. Use only after the window has passed.
Cancelled
The visit will not happen. Choose a common reason or enter a concise factual reason.
Premium scheduling insights
Tour Readiness, Tour Funnel, optimization recommendations, and Calendar Coverage can identify missing links, uncovered windows, stale availability, and connected-calendar gaps. These are decision aids; your saved availability and tour status remain the source of truth for the iPhone workflow.
Troubleshooting
No times are available
Open Adjust availability and confirm at least one future day is enabled with an end time later than its start time.
A proposed time is no longer possible
Open the tour and use Request Reschedule. Choose a future time and add a short reason.
The time became unavailable
Refresh the tour and availability screens. Another saved booking or connected calendar can make a slot unavailable.
Calendar activity is stale
Saved tours remain visible. Tap Retry when your connection improves; do not create a duplicate tour to force a refresh.
