Use the landlord Dashboard
Turn portfolio signals into one clear next action without opening every listing.
Read the top of the Dashboard
- Open Dashboard.The Today area summarizes the work that needs attention now.
- Check portfolio readiness.The readiness percentage combines the current state of your listings. A lower score means one or more listings need content, media, availability, or pricing attention.
- Open the next-best move.Tap the recommended action to go to the listing, lead queue, tour, Boosts, or Integrations surface connected to that signal.
- Use Add for fast work.Choose New Listing or Open Leads without leaving the Dashboard.
Work through Dashboard sections
Portfolio health
A cross-listing score and readiness summary. Open the portfolio to inspect individual listings.
Priority Signals
Premium alerts for weak views, long vacancy, unusual renter interest, or another listing condition that needs attention.
Tour Requests / Upcoming Tours
Proposed or reschedule-requested tours need a response. Confirmed tours are shown as upcoming visits.
Demand Map
An optional Premium insight showing areas where renters are searching. Enable it in landlord settings.
Listings
A compact portfolio preview with rent, location, readiness, and days live. Open the full portfolio for filters and editing.
Customize what appears
- Tap the Dashboard layout control.Enter editing mode when it is available in the Dashboard header.
- Show or hide optional tiles.Your selection is stored in landlord preferences. Core work remains available from its tab even when a Dashboard tile is hidden.
- Leave layout editing.Return to the normal Dashboard and pull down to refresh current data.
The Dashboard emphasizes the work you use most while the five main tabs remain unchanged.
Troubleshooting
Tour information says it is saved or stale
The app could not refresh cloud tour activity. Tap Retry when the connection improves. Saved tours remain visible in the meantime.
Demand Map or Priority Signals are missing
These require landlord Premium. Demand Map must also be enabled under Profile → Settings → Premium Features.
Readiness is lower than expected
Open Listings and inspect the listing readiness or health details. Missing photos, copy, map data, availability, and other fields can reduce the score.
