Request and use landlord integrations

Connect the property, calendar, listing, pricing, lead, or tour tools your organization already uses—without exposing sensitive connection details in the app.

Before you request a provider

Premium organization workflow

Create the organization and company profile first. Provider requests require landlord Premium, and the app displays readiness rather than secret credentials.

Available provider categories can include property management, listing and market data, scheduling, pricing, leads, and tours. The provider list in the app is authoritative for your current build.

Request a connection

  1. Open Profile → Integrations. The Integration Center summarizes ready, requested, and attention-needed connections.
  2. Choose Review providers.Browse recommended or available connections and select the tool your organization uses.
  3. Review setup details and official provider documentation.Confirm the provider and supported capabilities before requesting setup.
  4. Tap Request. The status changes to Requested while secure setup is completed.
  5. Return later and refresh.A ready connection is shown as Connected. Failed or paused connections display Needs attention or Paused.
Expected result

The provider row shows the current request or connection status without displaying private access details.

Use a connected provider

Import listings

Preview connected records, choose the correct items, and commit them into RentMatcher. Always review imported rent, availability, address, and media.

Market comps

Refresh rent estimates and comparable properties when the connected provider supports pricing data.

Source Activity

Review safely processed source leads and tour events, including whether they mapped to a RentMatcher listing.

Connection reports

Premium reports can show health, listing coverage, listing updates, lead follow-up, tour funnel, and calendar gaps.

Disconnect a provider

  1. Open the connected provider row.Review its current status and available actions.
  2. Choose Disconnect.Read the confirmation carefully. Disconnecting stops future connected activity.
  3. Confirm only when intended.Existing RentMatcher listings are not a substitute for reviewing provider-specific cleanup and future update behavior.
Disconnect is consequential

Do not disconnect merely to fix a temporary refresh error. Use Retry or support first when a connection is expected to remain active.

Troubleshooting

The Request button is locked

Confirm landlord Premium is active and an organization/company profile exists. Your team role must also include the required access.

A provider says Needs attention

Open the row, read the landlord-facing message, and retry the available action. Include the RentMatcher error code in a support request.

An imported listing does not match the source

Use preview before commit. After import, compare rent, availability, address, and media, then use the listing-update report when available.

Source activity is unmapped

Confirm the corresponding listing exists and was imported or linked correctly. User-facing repair guidance may identify the missing listing or match relationship.
