Create the organization and company profile

Premium and admin access

Team Management is a landlord Premium feature. Only an owner or a role with organization administration access can create or edit the company profile.

  1. Open Team Management.Select the Organization tab.
  2. Enter the organization name and create it.The company profile must exist before invitations or provider requests can be completed.
  3. Open Company Profile.Add the company name and supported public profile details.
  4. Add a company logo if desired.Choose an appropriate image and save. Removing the logo is a destructive profile change.
  5. Save the profile. The organization and company information become the shared landlord workspace identity.
Expected result

Team invitation controls unlock for authorized administrators.

Invite a teammate or collaborator

  1. Open the Team tab and start an invitation.Choose Internal for staff or External for a deliberately limited collaborator.
  2. Choose a role. The selected role supplies a sensible permission baseline.
  3. Review every permission.Permissions cover listings, leads, tours, integrations, team management, organization administration, reports, and billing.
  4. Choose delivery.Send by email or text when available, or create a manual code. Manual codes are shown once.
  5. Create the invitation. The invitation appears as pending until accepted or cancelled.

Use roles and permissions safely

Owner

Keeps full workspace control. Ownership should not be used as a shortcut for routine access.

Internal roles

Designed for daily leasing work. Start with the role default and remove unnecessary permissions.

External roles

Remain limited to selected permissions. Enable external collaborators only when the organization intends to use them.

Admin controls

Team and organization administration permit consequential workspace changes. Assign them sparingly.

Multi-factor sign-in

Organization access rules indicate when multi-factor protection is required. Ask invitees to finish verification before relying on their access.

Manage pending invitations

Use Refresh to issue an updated invitation when appropriate. Use Cancel to revoke a pending invitation that should no longer be accepted. Confirm the email, role, access type, and permissions before refreshing because the new invitation represents the current access offer.

Troubleshooting

Team invitations are unavailable

Create the organization and company profile first. Then confirm Premium and the current user’s team-management permission.

Controls say Admin access required

Your current role can review the access model but cannot change it. Ask an owner or organization admin to perform or authorize the change.

A manual invite code is gone

Manual codes are shown once. Refresh the pending invitation to create an updated delivery instead of trying to recover the old display.

The company name or logo did not update

Keep the app connected and save again from Company Profile. Confirm you have organization-admin access.
